Sweet Thai Sticky Meat Balls




Ingredients

800 g minced pork
1 onion (finely chopped)
1 tbsp Valcom kaffir lime leaves (finely chopped)
0.5 cup coriander leaves (chopped)
1 carrot (grated)
1 egg
0.5 cup corn flour
oil (for frying)
1 cup Mae Ploy sweet chicken chilli sauce
lime (wedges to serve)
cooked rice (to serve)

Preparation

1. Combine the pork mince, onion, Valcom Kaffir Lime Leaves, coriander, carrot and egg in a large mixing bowl and mix well.
2. Shape mixture into golf ball sized balls and roll in corn flour.
3. Heat oil in a large frying pan over a medium heat and brown meat balls well.
4. Remove the meatballs from the pan and place on a baking tray. Pour over the Mae Ploy Sweet Chilli Sauce and bake in the pre-heated oven 150˚C for 15 minutes.
5. Serve hot with steamed rice and lime wedges. Garnish with coriander leaves.
