Sweet Thai Sticky Meat Balls

1.
| Combine the pork mince, onion, Valcom Kaffir Lime Leaves, coriander, carrot and egg in a large mixing bowl and mix well. |

| Shape mixture into golf ball sized balls and roll in corn flour. |

| Heat oil in a large frying pan over a medium heat and brown meat balls well. |
|
4.
| Remove the meatballs from the pan and place on a baking tray. Pour over the Mae Ploy Sweet Chilli Sauce and bake in the pre-heated oven 150˚C for 15 minutes. |

5.
| Serve hot with steamed rice and lime wedges. Garnish with coriander leaves. |
